Falsely Charged Man

The lady in the image is 21-years-old Katherine Bennet. She reported to the police that she was abducted and attacked by her co-worker. The police then charged the co-worker a day before Thanksgiving.

The male in the image is Dustin Toth, a military National guardsman. He was the perpetrator of that awful scandal and of course, you understand the military would shortly reject such a man. Does he deserve it?

A specialist indicated that Dustin would have been facing 30-years to life for this charge until it was eventually uncovered that Katherine and Dustin had consensual intercourse after which, Katherine felt bad for fooling her husband-to-be and then falsely blamed him of rape to achieve his sympathy. Thankfully he didn't waste too long in prison.

During the talk with Dustin, he broke down in tears and said to the person questioning that they were colleagues and that they had consensual intercourse.

He also told that he was fired from his employment and couldn't get an appointment for about 6-months. He was also behind on car fees and was attempting further hard to save his house from being fetched. Not to discuss the guilt and the huge stain on his life's history.

The only explanation the woman was arrested was that she wasn't such a decent liar. Understand she used her cards nicely? That means the man would have spent 30 years or his whole life in prison for an offense he didn't do.

All of this makes me wonder. How different men out there are experiencing the prison because of horrible women like this, I'm just wondering how many lawsuits are similar to this but the woman wasn't arrested? I'm just wondering how many men have been falsely charged with rape, thrown in prison, and have died in there for an offense they didn't commit.

Here's something that'll surprise you; the woman who falsely blamed him, the witch who damaged this honest man's life was only sentenced to 35 days in jail.

It's very tragic that in the law, women are honest until confirmed guilty while men are guilty until proven honest.

With cases of untrue rape charges becoming uncontrolled (because think it or not, some women believe it's smart to be a rape victim), I've understood never to feel sorry for rape victims until a detailed examination has been carried out and the court declares that she was raped. I've understood to never take rape victims by their messages.
