Chasity Candice “Candis” Kyser and David Allen Keller were discovered shot to death at their residence, Branching Pines Mobile Home Park located at 911 Highway 165 in Ft. Mitchell, Alabama, on May 8th, 1999.

This May makes 19-years since this loved young couple had their lives snatched from them in cold blood. Candis has just turned 19 two days before her murder.

David was near his 20th birthday but he never made it.

It came just a couple of weeks after his murder. These two were two young loving parents. David was a busy young man. He was working hard towards becoming a plumber. Candis was a great mother and terrific housekeeper. She had just begun working towards getting her G.E.D.

They left behind a 2 ½-year-old daughter, who was with them at the time they were killed in their residence at Branching Pines Trailer Park in Ft. Mitchell, AL. She was left alone for nearly 16 hours as her parents lay dead on the ground. One can only understand the horribleness this lovely kid had to face until her grandmother rushed through a window and discovered her. Candis’s Mother became anxious when they did not appear at her home as scheduled.

When she came to their residence and did not get a reply, she began looking in the windows and saw the babe standing there. She then climbed through the window and discovered Candis and David were killed.

Please help us bring their killer or murderers to justice. The family of Candice and Keller wants peace and closure. I understand someone out there remembers something.

What if it were your kid or loved one? Please help the family by sharing their story and this detail. Please call your local law enforcement if you remember anything. The Governor of the State of Alabama has issued a $5,000 reward for data leading to the arrest and charge of the person or persons found guilty. Candis Kyser's uncle has committed to match the reward submitted by the Governor bringing the TOTAL REWARD to $10,000.
