A woman from Washington, who passed away along with her husband after a stalker from Texas entered their home and fired shots had informed a judge a few days before about her recent spinal surgery and the difficulties she faced due to limited mobility. Despite her repeated requests to be left alone, her harasser continued to ignore her pleas.

"I have had major back surgery and my mobility has been affected, and I need care 24/7," Zohreh Sadeghi, 33, wrote in an application for an order of protection. "This makes me fear my ability to respond to a crisis."

According to court documents, Ramin Khodakaramrezaei, a 38-year-old trucker who had lived in Houston before, had initially become friends with Sadeghi after listening to her broadcasts. However, he started to make numerous phone calls, send flowers and other gifts, and visit her home uninvited, despite her objections.

"Mr. Khodakaramrezaei's voice messages have been the cause of anxiety and insomnia for me," Sadeghi wrote to the court. "They include him crying and begging for me to pick up, him threatening to burn himself and the tree in front of my house, also telling me to either delete my Instagram or make it public so he could see the content that I post.

She said Khodakaramrezaei was "completely delusional" and showed explosive anger problems.

"These delusions make me fear for my life and the lives of my loved ones," she wrote.

Even after she had blocked his number, Khodakaramrezaei persisted in leaving voicemails for Sadeghi. He even went as far as to contact her friends and neighbors and even attempted to hack into one of their WhatsApp accounts.

During one instance, the alleged stalker contacted Sadeghi's husband, Milad Naseri, while they were in bed and demanded to speak to Sadeghi.

In January, when the stalker asked Naseri to put Sadeghi on the phone so that he could confess his love for her, Naseri expressed his disbelief and anger. "It's unbelievable that you have the audacity to call me and make such a request. I'm incredulous that you would expect me to comply. This behavior is unacceptable in any culture or part of the world," Naseri told the stalker.

According to court documents, a few days before the murders, Khodakaramrezaei left Sadeghi several voicemails that were described as "vulgar, angry and threatening," all of which were sent between 1 and 2 a.m. During this time, he even told Naseri that the harassment would only cease if he committed suicide or passed away.

Court records reveal that Khodakaramrezaei was charged with stalking and harassment just a week before he allegedly broke into the couple's $1.3 million home in Redmond, located 15 miles east of Seattle, and killed both Sadeghi and Naseri before taking his own life on Friday morning.

Authorities have stated that Sadeghi's mother was present in the home during the attack and managed to escape, seeking help from a neighbor's house where she called 911 at approximately 1:45 a.m.
After responding to the scene, officers discovered Sadeghi's husband, 35-year-old Naseri, lying unresponsive on the floor. Despite attempting CPR, they were unable to resuscitate him.

Upon further inspection, they discovered the bodies of Sadeghi and Khodakaramrezaei inside the residence.

According to court records, the lawyer representing Sadeghi and Naseri had informed the judge just last week that he was uncertain if Khodakaramrezaei owned any firearms, but suspected that he might.
A temporary order of protection was granted by the court, along with an order for Khodakaramrezaei to surrender his weapons, according to reports.

The Redmond Police have stated that their detectives were already acquainted with the victim due to the ongoing stalking investigation.

Records from a Texas court have indicated that Khodakaramrezaei leaves behind a 7-year-old daughter who is currently residing with his ex-wife.
