Investigators are searching for two known prostitutes in connection to the death of 42-year-old Georgia father of five, Nathan Millard.

The Baton Rouge Police Department is searching for Tabbetha Barner and Tiffany Ann Guidry. Barner is being sought for charges of engaging in prostitution and failing to seek assistance. Guidry is wanted for unlawful disposal of human remains, as well as charges of prostitution and failing to seek assistance.

On March 6, Millard's remains were discovered wrapped in a rug and plastic behind a closed Baton Rouge funeral home.

A father of five from Covington named Millard visited Louisiana for a business trip. On February 22, he attended a meeting and later went to an LSU game. Unfortunately, he was last seen that evening and his whereabouts remained unknown until his body was discovered.

According to investigators, Millard departed from Happy's Irish Pub situated near the Convention Street and 3rd Street intersection in the downtown area at around 10:30 p.m. on the same night he was last seen. The bartender had apparently cut him off. The pub was situated only 500 feet away from his place of lodging.

Investigators state that Millard proceeded to walk around the vicinity before eventually making his way to a location less than a mile away and on the opposite side of Interstate 110, approximately an hour later.

As per the police, Millard had an interaction with a security guard at the Greyhound Bus Station situated along Florida Street. The investigators reported that the guard felt Millard appeared to be out of place and offered him assistance. The guard inquired if he required a taxi, Uber, or any other ride service, to which Millard declined and proceeded to move forward.

The investigators have revealed that Millard did not seem to be in any sort of distress throughout the evening and visited the locations on his own without any external force or influence.

WBRZ has obtained a video that captures Millard walking back towards I-110 along Florida street, just a few blocks away from the Greyhound Bus Station, shortly after his exchange with the security guard. The footage shows that he was accompanied by someone else.

In the video, Millard, who is donning a black shirt, can be observed walking beside an individual sporting a light-colored shirt. The other person seems to be stumbling slightly, while Millard appears to be walking normally.

The investigators suspect that the individual walking with Millard in the video was Derrick Perkins, who is 45 years old and wanted for questioning in the case, as well as unrelated warrants. Millard's last known sighting was around 4:30 a.m. on February 23, but the police have not disclosed the location.

The investigators are urging the person who accompanied Millard to come forward and provide information on the location. It is unclear whether the investigators believe that Perkins was the individual with Millard at that time.
Millard's disappearance was reported the next day when he failed to show up for a morning appointment. His hotel room was searched and all his belongings were found to be present, however, his cell phone was discovered blocks away.

A friend of Millard's disclosed that his credit card had been used twice, but his identification was missing despite the discovery of his American Express card.

His body would be found 11 days later less than two miles north of the Greyhound station.

Although an autopsy was conducted on Millard's body, it failed to uncover any signs of internal or external injuries. However, the investigators were yet to receive the toxicology report to determine the cause of death.

The Baton Rouge Police Department and Capitol Region Crime Stoppers are urging anyone with information related to the case to come forward and contact them on 225-344-STOP (7867).
