Disturbing footage has surfaced, capturing the deeply unsettling incident in which a three-year-old child was forcibly taken, subsequently enduring unspeakable acts of violence before tragically losing her life. The heart-wrenching incident unfolded when Aurelia Salinas, allegedly in exchange for PYG 100,000 (equivalent to GBP 10) worth of crack cocaine, allowed a drug dealer to take custody of her daughter, Luz Maida.

The child was never seen again.

The appalling incident has ignited fury among the residents of Pedro Juan Caballero, Paraguay, upon the discovery of the victim's lifeless body on April 22nd. The innocent child's mutilated remains were tragically found covered in a shirt and placed on a bed within an abandoned dwelling.

The unsettling CCTV footage captures the harrowing moment when Luz, the young girl who was exchanged by her mother for approximately 30 pieces of crack cocaine, is forcibly taken away from her residence by the drug dealer.

Navigating through a dilapidated path, the drug dealer is seen carrying Luz in one arm while, disturbingly, appearing to strike her with the other in an attempt to prevent her from squirming.

In a surge of anger, enraged community members reportedly attempted to carry out an act of mob justice against Luz's mother, Aurelia Salinas, aged 42, as authorities were apprehending her following her alleged confession to the police.

Initially, Salinas claimed to the police that Luz had gone missing while she was asleep. However, upon the discovery of the CCTV footage, Salinas admitted to the exchange she had made. Disturbingly, according to local media, her boyfriend later confessed to the act of murder. Subsequent to an autopsy, it was revealed that Luz had also endured the horrific experience of sexual assault.

More than 300 locals attended Luz's funeral and some neighbors later burned down the house where her body had been found.

Following the incident, both Salinas and her boyfriend were apprehended by the authorities, along with a 17-year-old individual who is believed to be associated with the crime. Police reports indicate that Salinas was under the influence of drugs at the time and displayed a notable lack of concern while law enforcement conducted the search for the missing girl.

Investigators have noted a distressing pattern of unfortunate events within the family's history. Salinas, who has seven additional children, is accused of permitting a 30-year-old man to sexually abuse one of her 12-year-old daughters. Both cases are presently being investigated by the authorities.
