According to new information, the mother of Oaklee Snow, the 2-year-old who was abducted, informed the police that her boyfriend, Roan Waters, murdered the child and concealed her remains in a dresser located inside an abandoned residence in Morgantown.

Madison Marshall has been charged with multiple new felony offenses, including two Level 1 felony counts of neglecting a dependent that resulted in death, as well as a Level 3 felony count of neglect that led to serious injury.

Meanwhile, Roan Waters has been charged with one count of murder, along with two counts of neglect leading to death and other associated charges.

On January 19th, Madison Marshall and her boyfriend, Roan Waters, allegedly kidnapped Oaklee and her infant brother from their father's residence in Oklahoma.

.

According to reports, Marshall and Waters left Oaklee's younger sibling in a drug house in Indianapolis. The child was eventually discovered and retrieved by family members who then reported the abandonment to the Indiana Department of Child Services.

As per the documents, a witness claimed to have seen Marshall and Waters exiting the drug house in Indianapolis with what appeared to be a child wrapped in a blanket. The witness reported that the child seemed unresponsive, exhibiting no movement, speech, or cries.

Earlier, the authorities had presumed that Oaklee had passed away and that Marshall and Waters had disposed of her body in some location within Indiana.

According to the recent charging records, investigators have provided a detailed account of events in which a distraught and weeping Madison Marshall led the officers to an abandoned residence on the outskirts of Morgantown. The officers discovered the remains of a young child inside a dresser drawer, while Marshall was in a state of hysteria. Although the remains were significantly decomposed, they seemed to belong to a young girl with blonde hair, as mentioned in the documents.

Since the condition of the remains is badly decomposed, a conclusive identification of the child's remains has not yet been established. The Morgan County Coroner's office has stated that the identification process could take anywhere from two to four weeks.

As per reports, Marshall informed the police about the repeated abuse inflicted on Oaklee by Waters. Marshall stated that Waters had hit and even strangled the young girl on multiple occasions, despite her being just a toddler. Marshall further disclosed that Waters would physically assault Oaklee for trivial issues such as holding a fork incorrectly.

According to allegations made by Marshall, the abuse on Oaklee was so severe that she would not eat in Waters' presence. Marshall further stated that whenever she tried to intervene and explain that Oaklee was just a young child, Waters would redirect his abuse towards her instead..

Based on court documents, Oaklee Snow is believed to have passed away on February 9th. Marshall informed the police that she and Waters were awakened by Oaklee's cries for food while they were staying at the "trap house" located on Albany Street in Indianapolis.

Marshall alleged that Waters responded to Oaklee's cries by throwing her onto the floor, causing her head to hit the ground and resulting in bruises. Marshall further stated that later on, Waters demanded that Oaklee bounce on a large rubber ball despite her being too young for the toy. Later, Waters called out to Marshall, who discovered him holding Oaklee, struggling to breathe.

.

Marshall asserted that she had attempted to call 911 upon realizing that her daughter was dying, but Waters had allegedly slapped the phone from her hand. Marshall stated that Waters then wrapped Oaklee in a blanket, and the couple left the house. Marshall allegedly held Oaklee in her lap while she drove them to Morgan County, where Waters disposed of the child's body.

Marshall was previously charged with felony neglect and aiding a criminal. She is currently detained in the Marion County Jail after being arrested in North Carolina.

Waters was arrested in Colorado on March 3 after police were called to a hotel and discovered he had outstanding warrants for child abuse, domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor out of Oklahoma. Waters is accused of having abused Oaklee in the past by striking the young girl in the mouth and causing trauma to her lips.
